Bobbette joined  the team in February of 2018  as our Company Manager.  Bobbette’s primary responsibilities include the operations & performance of the Company & Agency, communication with the Board of Directors and Claims Management.  We are thankful for her 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry.

Tyler joined our company in the summer of 2021 as a Processor and Underwriter. Tyler’s primary responsibilities are processing new business, changes, and endorsements as well as billing and multiple other daily tasks. In his spare time, Tyler plays fast pitch softball for a local team. Tyler has proven to be an asset to our team and we are happy to have him!

Jill joined our company in December of 2021. She has been a Lincoln County resident for 16 years and uses her background in Real Estate to handle the coordination of our 5-year Renewal Inspection program. Jill helps with processing claims and provides exceptional customer service to our policyholders. In her spare time, Jill enjoys quilting and spending time with her husband, three teenage kids, and their 2 dogs, Loki and Murphy.

Makenzie joined our team in August 2024 as our Billing Clerk. Her primary responsibilities are the regular billing of premiums and providing exceptional service to our policyholders. She has brought exceptional customer service skills, organizational expertise, and a wonderful sense of humor to our team. We look forward to great things from her.
