
Bobbette Tucker
CEO / Company & Agency Manager
Bobbette Tucker has called Montgomery City home for more than fifty years and brings a lifetime of Missouri values to her leadership at Lincoln County Farmers Mutual. She began her insurance career in 1999 after working as a Benefits Administrator in the PEO industry, and she joined LCFM in 2018. Today, she serves as CEO and Company & Agency Manager, guiding the mutual and its agency with a strong commitment to personal service, community trust, and thoughtful growth. Before entering the insurance world, Bobbette and her family owned and operated a restaurant and sports complex, where she developed the customer-first approach that continues to shape her leadership. She is FMDC and PFMM certified and is deeply dedicated to the mutual model.
Bobbette and her husband, Rick, have been married for 38 years. Their family includes three children, five grandchildren, and one great-grandson. She enjoys reading, baking, home decorating, traveling, and spending time at the family cabin near the Rocky Mountains. At home, her cats Bean and Merlin complete the household.

Tyler Turnbull
Office Manager & Assistant Manager
A lifelong resident of Troy, Tyler Turnbull has been serving policyholders at Lincoln County Farmers Mutual since 2021. He joined the company with no prior insurance experience and has grown into his dual role as Office Manager & Assistant Manager through dedication, strong leadership, and hands-on learning. His prior experience in garage door installation and landscaping, paired with a degree in General Business from Missouri State University, gives him a practical and versatile skill set.
Tyler is engaged to his fiancée Claire and is kept busy by his two Rottweilers, Tank and Tucker. Outside the office, he enjoys slow-pitch softball, hunting, fishing, golf, and football.

Jill Dunavant
Inspections Administrator, Underwriter, & CSR
Jill Dunavant has lived in Troy for nearly twenty years and has been part of the LCFM team since 2021. She brings a rich blend of experience to her work as Inspections Administrator, Underwriter, and Customer Service Representative. Her background in real estate, house flipping, event management, and health insurance led her naturally to LCFM’s inspection program, where she continues to expand her expertise. Jill is licensed in both Real Estate and Insurance and enjoys the variety that each day at the mutual brings.
She and her husband, Nathan, have been married for 23 years and have three children: Judy, Aidan, and Natalie. Proud of her Irish heritage, Jill is also the happy owner of three lively dogs—Murphy, Loki, and Finn. When time allows, she enjoys quilting, refinishing furniture, and working on her family’s home renovation.

Alyssa White
Inspections Assistant
Alyssa White serves as Inspections Assistant at Lincoln County Farmers Mutual Insurance Company. She began her career with the company in 2022 as Marketing Manager, where she contributed her creativity and organizational strengths to support company communications and outreach.
In 2023, Alyssa transitioned to LCM Insurance Agency, Inc. as an Agency Assistant, where she gained valuable, hands-on experience and expanded her understanding of the insurance process while working closely with agents and clients.
In her current role, Alyssa supports the inspections program by helping coordinate communication, maintain accurate property information, and ensure a smooth experience for policyholders. Her combined experience on both the company and agency sides provides a well-rounded perspective that strengthens her work.
Alyssa holds a degree in Digital Marketing and Advertising and has more than five years of professional experience. A resident of Lincoln County since 2001, she enjoys diamond painting and spending time with family and friends.

Makenzie Steffens
Billing Clerk, Underwriter, & CSR
Makenzie Steffens is a lifelong Missourian and ten-year resident of Troy. She joined LCFM in 2024 and now serves as Billing Clerk, Underwriter, and Customer Service Representative. Her professional background spans restaurants, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, giving her a strong foundation in customer care and problem-solving.
Makenzie is a devoted mother to her young child and shares her home with her two dogs—Lilan, a Rottweiler, and Lilly, a Shih Tzu. She brings enthusiasm, teamwork, and a fresh perspective to every part of her work at the mutual.
