Megan joined our team in January 2024 as our Billing Clerk. Her primary responsibilities are the regular billing of premiums and providing exceptional service to our policyholders. She has brought a dynamic energy to the office and we look forward to great things from her.

Bobbi Kadlec : President

In 2017 Bobbi joined the Board of Directors. Bobbi was born and raised in Lincoln County. Her favorite part of LCFM Board of Directors is getting to know her fellow board members and the office staff. She appreciates that everyone works together to serve Insureds needs. Outside of being a board member Bobbi is active in Moscow Mills United Methodist Church and enjoys scrapbooking.

Chuck has been a Lincoln County Resident for 50 years and got elected on the Board in 2014. Chuck spends as much time as possible with his 2 grandsons and enjoys farming, raising cattle, hunting and racing homing pigeons. He has raced his pigeons from as far as Shamrock, Texas! Chuck is also very active in his church, St. Mary’s in Hawk Point. He is delighted to be a part of a hometown company that has endured as prospered for over 100 years.

Charles has been a proud Board member for 35 years. He states that the most meaningful part of being a Board of Directors member with LCFM is having the opportunity to help provide service to people that are in need of insurance. Charles has been living in Lincoln County for 73 years and currently farms. He also serves as a Deacon at New Hope Baptist Church.

Sean O’Brien : Member

Sean was appointed to the Board of Directors in July of 2021. Sean has served the public for over 24 years as a County Highway Supervisor & Presiding Commissioner. He also served 18 years on the Lincoln County R-II School Board and is a former member of the Booneslick Regional Planning Commission. Sean also served as a board member for the Lincoln County Farm Bureau. Sean is currently a self-employed farmer and looks forward to contributing his time serving our company and policyholders.

Daniel Gooding : Member

Dan became a Board member in 2005 and has lived in Lincoln County since September of 1967. He enjoys gardening, raising cattle, playing cards and being active in his church. He looks forward to spending time with his fellow board and staff members and likes having an active part in keeping the company on track. Dan stated that our mission to provide affordable and efficient insurance to people is what’s most meaningful to him.

Alfred has been a Lincoln County native for his entire life. We welcomed him to the Board of Directors in 2015. Some of his hobbies are his involvement with horses and hunting. Alfred appreciates the relationships he has made with other Board members and considers them all friends. He says that the best part of LCFM is the personal service and good rates that Insureds receive, as well as the rural atmosphere that the company was founded upon.

Jill Dunavant : Underwriter / CSR

Jill joined our company in December of 2021. She has been a Lincoln County resident for 16 years and uses her background in Real Estate to handle the coordination of our 5-year Renewal Inspection program. Jill helps with processing claims and provides exceptional customer service to our policyholders. In her spare time, Jill enjoys quilting and spending time with her husband, three teenage kids, and their 2 dogs, Loki and Murphy.

Tyler joined our company in the summer of 2021 as a Processor and Underwriter. Tyler’s primary responsibilities are processing new business, changes, and endorsements as well as billing and multiple other daily tasks. In his spare time, Tyler plays fast pitch softball for a local team. Tyler has proven to be an asset to our team and we are happy to have him!

Bobbette joined  the team in February of 2018  as our Company Manager.  Bobbette’s primary responsibilities include the operations & performance of the Company & Agency, communication with the Board of Directors and Claims Management.  We are thankful for her 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry.

Paul has been residing in Lincoln County for almost 75 years and has been active on LCFM Board of Directors since 2009. He has enjoyed making life-long friends with other Board Members and appreciates how the staff and Board are all down to Earth. In his free time he enjoys hunting, gardening and traveling to Alaska. Paul is proud to be involved in a company that has been successfully serving policy holders for over 100 years, and will continue to provide quality service to Insureds for many years to come.

James Mayes : Retired Board Member – 5/2021

James “Jim” Mayes retired as President of the Board of Directors following our annual meeting on March 20th, 2021. He then retired from the board in May 2021.
Jim served as a valued member of the board for 21 years. In 2005 he was nominated as an officer, filling the position of Treasurer till 2012 when he accepted the nomination as President.

Jim and his wife Louise are lifelong residents of Lincoln County, happily married for over 57 years, raising 3 children. They are now grandparents to several grandchildren. Jim retired from the Public School System as an Administrator in Elsberry, MO. Other valuable experiences brought to our board stem from serving as County Commissioner, serving on the board for Cuivre River Electric Trust, Senior Housing and the Nursing Home Boards. Jim continues to be very active within his community while farming his ground near Elsberry.

Jim had stated his favorite part of serving as a member of our Board of Directors was having the opportunity to offer a valuable public service to the community and connecting with other board members and staff.

Jim says he plans to spend more time with his family and travel with his wife starting with a planned vacation up into the northeastern states.
