    Brystal Jones Meet Brystal Jones. Brystal has been selected as a 2021 Lincoln County Farmers Mutual Insurance Company Scholarship recipient. She is graduating from Elsberry High School and will be continuing her education at Mizzou! She will be pursuing a degree in Agronomy/Plant Science. Congratulations, Brystal and good luck in college! Elizabeth Hemmer Elizabeth Hemmer is one of our 2021 Lincoln County Farmers Mutual Insurance Company Scholarship recipients! Elizabeth is graduating from Troy Buchanan High School. This fall, she plans to attend Truman State University to study Communication Sciences and Disorders. Hemmer dreams of obtaining her Master’s degree and becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist.     April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month. While you are behind the wheel of a vehicle, your most important task is to be a safe and alert driver.
