Janice has been with Lincoln County Farmers Mutual for 6+ years.  Janice’s primary responsibilities are customer service, accounting, and managing our risk inspections.  We are very proud to have Janice as a part of our Team!
Bobbi Kadlec : Member

Bobbi Kadlec


In 2017 Bobbi joined the Board of Directors. Bobbi was born and raised in Lincoln County. Her favorite part of LCFM Board of Directors is getting to know her fellow board members and the office staff. She appreciates that everyone works together to serve Insureds needs. Outside of being a board member Bobbi is active in Moscow Mills United Methodist Church and enjoys scrapbooking.

Alfred Gibson : Member

Alfred Gibson


Alfred has been a Lincoln County native for his entire life. We welcomed him to the Board of Directors in 2015. Some of his hobbies are his involvement with horses and hunting. Alfred appreciates the relationships he has made with other Board members and considers them all friends. He says that the best part of LCFM is the personal service and good rates that Insureds receive, as well as the rural atmosphere that the company was founded upon.

Charles Henebry : Member

Charles Henebry


Chuck has been a Lincoln County Resident for 50 years and got elected on the Board in 2014. Chuck spends as much time as possible with his 2 grandsons and enjoys farming, raising cattle, hunting and racing homing pigeons. He has raced his pigeons from as far as Shamrock, Texas! Chuck is also very active in his church, St. Mary’s in Hawk Point. He is delighted to be a part of a hometown company that has endured as prospered for over 100 years.

Daniel Gooding : Member

Daniel Gooding


Dan became a Board member in 2005 and has lived in Lincoln County since September of 1967. He enjoys gardening, raising cattle, playing cards and being active in his church. He looks forward to spending time with his fellow board and staff members and likes having an active part in keeping the company on track. Dan stated that our mission to provide affordable and efficient insurance to people is what’s most meaningful to him.

Charles Watson : Secretary/Treasurer

Charles has been a proud Board member for 35 years. He states that the most meaningful part of being a Board of Directors member with LCFM is having the opportunity to help provide service to people that are in need of insurance. Charles has been living in Lincoln County for 73 years and currently farms. He also serves as a Deacon at New Hope Baptist Church.

Paul Lovell : Vice President

Vice President

Paul has been residing in Lincoln County for almost 75 years and has been active on LCFM Board of Directors since 2009. He has enjoyed making life-long friends with other Board Members and appreciates how the staff and Board are all down to Earth. In his free time he enjoys hunting, gardening and traveling to Alaska. Paul is proud to be involved in a company that has been successfully serving policy holders for over 100 years, and will continue to provide quality service to Insureds for many years to come.

James Mayes : President

James Mayes


Jim became a board member in 2001. He has lived in Lincoln County his entire life and has been happily married to his wife, Louise, for 56 years! Jim is retired from the Public School System and also served as the County Commissioner. Currently, Jim farms and is very active in the community where he sits on the Cuivre River Electric Trust Board, Senior Housing Board and the Nursing Home Board. His favorite part of being a LCFM Board member is having the opportunity to offer a valuable public service to the community and connecting with other board members and staff.

Caitlin Stanek : Marketing Manager / Underwriter / Processor

Caitlin is a valued employee of the LCFM team. Her primary responsibilities include promoting the company using marketing research and materials, managing our social media accounts and utilizing underwriting guidelines to process new business and endorsements. We are happy to have Caitlin in the office!
Bobbette Tucker : Office Manager

Bobbette joined  the team in February of 2018  as our Company Manager.  Bobbette’s primary responsibilities include the operations & performance of the Company & Agency, communication with the Board of Directors and Claims Management.  We are thankful for her 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
Erin Haynes : Processor & CSR

Processor & CSR

Erin joined us in 2020 and is the newest member of our team. Some of her responsibilities include customer service duties and processing paperwork. She is also training to be an Underwriter as well. We are excited to welcome her to our team!
